Research and develop machine learning algorithms for optimization, personalization, and recommendation.

Work with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to frame research questions and then drive research to solve brand new and challenging problems, specifically in optimization for customer behavior.

Present to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Use NLP, deep learning, and classification algorithms to build out models.
